United States Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, and for orders under $100 we have flat shipping at $9.99.
We ship across the United States using ground options.
Delivery times are estimated to be 5 to 7 business days.
Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
We may not be able to ship some oversized or fragile orders and reserve the right to cancel the order.
Duties, taxes, customs or border charges are responsible of buyer.
In-Store Pick Up
Soireecharm offers free in-store pick up on any order.
Any order placed online for in-store pick up before 4pm is guaranteed to be ready for pick up by store closing that same day.
Orders placed after store hours are typically ready for pick up by around 12pm the next day.
Picking Up Your Order: After we fulfill your order, we will send you an email letting you know it’s ready to be picked up. You can come to the store and pick it up anytime during store hours. We ask that you have your order number on hand so we can quickly retrieve your order for you.
Valid ID & Holding Orders: We may ask to see valid identification when you pick up an order. We will hold orders for up to 30 days after the day of original purchase.
Delinquent Orders: If the order has not been picked up within 30 days, we will contact you with a final notice to pick up the order. If arrangements cannot be made to pick up the order within a reasonable time frame, we will restock all the items from the order at 100% cost and no refund will be issued.
New Member Discount
The New Member 15% discount is valid on regular priced items only. This discount excludes sales, food and electrics/appliances. Some exclusions apply (eg. low margin items, promo items).
The discount is one time use per customer. That means existing customers can still use it if they haven’t done so already. Just use code ‘NewMember’ at checkout!
Discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Soireecharm does not retroactively apply the New Member discount to first time orders.

Soireecharm offers flat shipping rates based on order total and the shipping location. Please see the charts above for your shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
After we fulfill your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Items Returned to Sender
In the event that an order is returned to Soireecharm as undeliverable due to addressing errors, refused at the point of delivery or not picked up from their post office location within the requisite amount of time, we will make three attempts to contact the purchaser. If the purchaser does not respond within 5 business days following the receipt of the returned item, Soireecharm reserves the right to begin the refund process.
For any items that are undeliverable or Returned to Sender due to addressing errors, or packages that are Returned to Sender because they are refused at point of delivery or not picked up from their post office location within fifteen business days, we will provide a refund less shipping fees. All shipping fees (including any additional return shipping fees) will be deducted from the refund amount. A restocking fee may also be charged, at the discretion of Soireecharm.
Some orders may be re-shipped, at Soireecharm’s discretion. All returned orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Before calling to report your package missing, registered users should check their order status.. If there hasn’t been an attempted delivery and you are unable to track your package online, please let us know. We will contact the appropriate postal service on your behalf to locate your package.
Until a missing package has been returned to Soireecharm or declared officially lost by the postal service, we are unable to re-ship or refund the order. If you cannot wait for the investigation to be completed, you have the option to place a second order (paid in full). When the missing package investigation is complete, you may return the first order (if it is delivered), or we will provide a refund (if it is declared lost).
Found Orders: Will be delivered to you immediately and the investigation will be closed. No further action is required.
Undeliverable Orders (Shipping, Labeling or Other Soireecharm Errors): Will be returned to Soireecharm and we will re-ship it to you at no cost.
Undeliverable Orders (Address, Postal Code or Other Customer Errors): Will be returned to Soireecharm. We will provide a refund for the order less shipping costs (see Items Returned to Sender, above).
Orders Declared Lost or Stolen: On a case by case basis, we will refund or replace the order at no additional cost.
