Global Chef & Paring Knife Set Of 2

This set of Japanese knives from Global includes an 8″ chef’s knife and 4″ paring knife.

The blades are constructed of a single piece of steel, with a unique convex edge for unsurpassed performance. The perfectly balanced design also provides optimal control for precise cuts.

Each blade is individually hammered by hand and designed with small hollows that create air pockets between the blade, this allows food to elegantly fall away from the surface of the blade.

The ergonomic, stainless steel hygienic handles with signature dimple pattern offer a comfortable, slip-resistant grip.
